Beauty room ideas

Hi there, Im new on here so be gentle with me!!
Im just about to expand my beauty salon by having two extra beauty rooms added on. Im trying to think of something to go into one of the bigger rooms that will make me money without me having to be in there. Ive thought of power plates or a sunbed but not sure if these are all that popular anymore. Does anyone have any different ideas atall?? I would be really greatful, thanks!!

I think it depends on area, we have 2 salons in same area with 6 vibration plates in each and a sunbed busy all the time, my second salon has these plus 3 beauty rooms and a hair salon , I was lucky with space so we have a double treatment room for couples and friends our packages for this room are very popular if you have the extra staff x
