Becoming a beauty representative?

Hi all.. I've been thinking about maybe a little change, I'd still do my regular clients mobile however I've always been interested in becoming a rep? Does anyone know how I would go about this or would I need experience etc? any help would be appreciated 😘

I've been job hunting to find out what they are after. Most I've looked at like outstanding sales experience, experience in a field based role things like that.

Have a look on loreal's careers website they are quite detailed with what they are after.
