Best exfoliant for spray tans?

Which exfoliant are people using for pre-tanning and post-tanning?

I need to get my eyes tested! I could have swore you said spray on exfoliater! I use the body polish by Make Believe or as a cheaper option The Sanctuary are always good!

I have the Xen tan one but to be honest I like the gloves better, and they are on £1-2 you can get the stubborn bits off (on my ankle bone for example) and rub lightly to even out tan to top up hth xx

I'm the same - the gloves work best for me, especially when you're wanting it all off to start again!

Thanks geeks. I think I read somewhere of a tech exfoliating 4 days after tanning and then remoisturising. Surely this would be too soon to want to remove all the tan?

exfoliating gloves at morrisons or dunelm with simple soap, or radox shower gel but the best is baking soda
