Best facial steamer or vapouriser?

Hi all,

I'm looking for recommendations of the perfect facial steamer (a.k.a. vapouriser or vaporzone).
We are based in New Zealand, but if it really is the perfect one - I'd ship them here regardless of cost!

Features I would love (in order of preference):

1. No timer, or a timer that doesn't tick the whole time or ding when it's up.
2. A herb or essential oil chamber. Of course these can't go in the actual water chamber.
3. A standby mode (if that's what it's called?). So its keeping the temperature at say 90C, then turning it up to 100C when you need to use it without have to wait for it to completely boil again.

Note: Would actually prefer without ozone, but as long as I can turn ozone off I don't mind.

For reference, I have seen a steamer with all of these features - but the owner of that steamer has told me they no longer make these. I don't know who the supplier was. But they are so great, I'm sure someone must still have them!
