Best light to take photos!

What does everyone use to get great pics of clients nails, I've got a daylight lamp plus a selfie light that goes on my phone but still get shadows and could look better. Attached pic to show what I mean.

I have an ikea desk lamp that acts as a kinda spot light, it works well for photos as you can pop it directly over the hand and not get shadows from my phone and other things.
