Please help!

In YOUR experience, what is the best product to reduce damage and promote growth on damaged hair?

I want a product to give results, maybe not instantly, but AT LEAST within a month?

Please advise?

Thank you so much!
Sincerely,
Trying to reduce hair damage.

A haircut!

Wella SP repair range is still the best I've ever used.

Niacin is good for thinning hair

jamiereid92,
Thank you!
A regular haircut MOST definitely!
Let me check out the Wella SP Repair Range. I am not too familiar with Wella.
I will also definitely grab a bottle of Niacin for thinning hair (I didn't know that).
:)

Not niacin sorry was a typo... I meant nioxin
