Hi. Which purple/blue shampoo would you recommend for making highlighted hair whiter? I don't want to go a grey colour or violet, but a bright ash blond.
Thanks in advance

Hiya what colour is your hair at the moment? How blonde? Is there any yellow in it? Or orange?

Fudge purple shampoo

I have strawberry blond hair, so there are orange/red tones in my hair. I have it highlighted so it does go yellowy.

Blue is for toning orange, purple is for toning yellow, but I'd imagine it will only work on the highlighted part.
Fudge is the best I've used x

I love my fudge shampoo, it grabs just nicely :)

Hi, if your hair is already very pale blond, like a level 10 go for a silver or purple, if it's brassy or a little darker go for a blue one as that's better at counteracting orangey tones. If your base is not already very pale blond, you will not be able to achieve a whitish blond, only a darker ash blond.will be achieved.

OP, are you a hair professional please?

I second Milkshake! I’ve noticed SLS-free toning shampoos like this one are more potent.
