best to cover lentigo

I have a client that has lots of lentigo on the face and would love to know the best product for covering, she has tried lots of products but wants one that really does work. Does anyone have any good suggestions?

You would probably be best either going for a professional camouflage makeup, or for something like ID Bare Escentuals...
What has she tried already?
