Best way to strip hair

Hi all I'm a beautician so have no tips when it comes to hair, and need some advice from professionals! Basically I've put a semi permanent box dye on my hair it washes out in 28 washes, what I would like to know is what is the best thing to remove the dye without harming my hair I hear head and shoulders shampoo naturally lifts colour? Is that true? Or id not can someone suggest something that willPlease someone help

If the box says it lasts 28 washes and you mixed two products together, then you have used a quasi or demi permanent dye.

Yes, you can use harsh shampoos like head & shoulders to remove some of the colour but it will depend on the condition of your hair as to how quickly it washes out.
