Biggest Challenges as a Salon Pro?

What do you all think is the biggest challenge for a beauty pro today? Most of the folks I talk to (at least in the states) say client retention; do you guys feel the same way? Just curious since I've seen this question a lot lately. Also, first post! Love the forums

I don't have a salon I work mobile but I would say client retention is the easy part, getting the client in the first place would be the biggest challenge. :hug:
