I have my assessment in a couple of weeks and havent even begun to practice french - I am still trying to get colour overlay!

Have completly forgot the technique for french - can anyone refresh me!!! x

Prep as normal.

One layer clear.

2 thin layers white.

1 layer clear or pink.

1 layer clear, sealer or s-gel.

HTHs ... good luck with your assessment too btw

Thanks for your reply - so after the 2 white - i will do pink - will that go over the white too? Or up to the edge of the white?

Also how do you get your smile lines neat - I remeber them telling up some tips but am lost now!

I find that one thin layer of Rose or French Pink (No.2) does not disguise the white layers, although other Bio techs may apply their pink layer first.

Hmm, smiles. They do take a bit of practice to perfect, but use your cocktail stick or orange stick to do any tidying up before you cure.

Also, when doing your two thin layers of white, remember to taper the free edge a little, otherwise the white layers may appear slightly raised. Does that make sense?

yes that makes sense - that is brilliant thank you
