I have a client that has about an inch regrowth of about base 9 hair. BUT it is a pinky, oystery kind of natural colour (if you know what I mean) no gold at all. Beautiful colour a bit like 9.02 that l'oreal used to do. The closest match to it is LUO P0. Her ends are bleach blonde and she wants to go an all over colour to match her roots. Shall I tone it with P0 to tone the bleach down? But then chances are that won't last very long. Or can I apply P0 to dry hair like a tint? Normally I have an idea of how to achieve things but I'm a bit stumped at what's best. Even if I just used flat base 9 I always find it comes out a little warm. Any suggestions?
