Blonde highlights to brunette

Hi,

I used to work in a salon as a Saturday girl (knew little about colours) a long time ago, and i recently had half head of foils and i hate it!

I used to use Wella colour touch to dye my own hair, and was wondering whether 7/75 & 7/3 with 4% would help me go back brunette without going a karky colour or whether i need something with more a red base?

Hope someone can help.
