Books on hairdressing?

Does anyone have any recommendations on a book/resource that covers colour theory and basic cuts?? Currently doing my level 2 and I'm wanting to do some of my own research.

The Martin green and Leo palladino professional hairdressing books are very good,they've got level 2 and 3, they've got everything you need to know, i was told by my tutors when i was in college to get them x

Best to ask your tutors what they recommend so you can follow the syllabus (and examining body) they set.

Scottish qualification books might be slightly different to NVQ/VRQ. I don't know though.
