Bulk file purchase?

Hi all, do any of you order files in bulk (say, packs of 25 or 50) from places such as ebay, amazon, aliexpress etc or is the quality not good enough for a single service? Needs to be internationally available for me. If you do, what are some of your trusty sellers?

I have purchased files in bulk off eBay, they work very well for their purpose. Some sellers say they are washable and can be sanitized, but I wouldn't take a chance with them so I only use them once and throw them out. If I use it on myself then I use it more but for others, I only use them once. Just to be on the safe side, You don't want to risk cross contamination.
