Hi guys

A card shop in our town just went bust and im thinking of opening a salon there, would i need to apply for change of use or would it be ok?

Phone your local council planning department and ask them just to be sure, then you have it from the horse's mouth.
If you decide to proceed further, make sure you get it in writing from them.
