Caci and surgical face lifts

Hi I have a client who had a face lift 10 yrs ago she wants a course of Caci face and Jowl lift. I have checked contraindications and theres no reference to this. I am surmising that a surgical face lift is lifting the skin and not the muscle so therefore it would work as the muscle has still movement and hence the wear and tear of a normal client. Your thoughts and opinions would help thanks.
