Just wondering if there are any other dermalogica salon owners/managers out there and if you have found a big drop in demand over the past few months?
Know its the quiet time - our records are really good so we know when we're going to be busy/quiet - but this is exceptional at the moment

Any comments would be interesting

Retail is so/so at the moment. Personally I am sick of the "race to the bottom" on prices of both retail and services that people seem to expect at the moment. Hold your nerve! I have been in this industry in the last recession, this period won't last.

Hi,
My salon has Dermalogica products and I've seen it quiet down a bit lately. But then so has treatments too. I think it's a funny time of year because lot's of people are trying to hang on as late as they can for xmas. So im crossing my fingers that it's going to go mad next month and same hopefully for retail.
