Hiya, i was wondering if i had the right sort of compressor for tanning? I use it for nail and body art at the moment and have two airbrushes, would i just need to buy a new gun for tanning? Im not venturing into tanning just yet but was wondering for the future.

The model ive got is Simair, it says on it max pressure 80 PSI, max working pressure 0-60 PSI, for short time use. its the gold one with the foot pedal if that means anything? lol x

yes i'm sure you can sherrie. i had to buy a simair xl2000 (?) airbrush with a larger needle and a side bottle feed to allow me to do spray tanning...took advice from the osns and sudo and they clarified my compressor was fine for tanning

yes you can use your compressor for tanning but it can be a pain ! i would sell yours and get the sim air tc5000 which will do everything you need and its pedal free!!!
Tickled pink is right you will need the xl2000 airbrush.

ok thanks for that, when the time is right i will upgrade it then
