Can serums enter the dermis?

I was taught to believe products can not enter the dermis without the aid of galvanic current/ultrasound or equivalent facial electrotherapy.

Are there special serums out there that can penetrate the dermis without using facial machines?

I have answered my own question.

The answer is yes, certain products can travel to the dermis without facial machibes. It is about the size of the molecular structure.
