I bought some dried flowers and Ive been told they work best when enclosed in layers of l&p.
How does this work when it comes to adding a flower over a colour of gelish? Can you put a thin layer of l&p over the gelish? If so, at what point would I add the l&p?
I've done a couple with gelish structure gel and just a few layers of TIO but it feels a bit lumpy for my liking :(

Gelish is flexible, l&p is rigid. It wouldn't stay.
Some folks don't mind the 3d feel when you add things like that. If they do, you could consider a flexible soak off builder gel, which would be thicker than gelish, and you could buff it a bit to smooth it before shining it up.

You might need to set the flower in 2nd Colour coat, cure then maybe 2 coats TIO?

Thank you both :)

How daft of me...why didn't I think of placing the flower in the second colour coat. Duh! ill try that thanks xx
