Hi guys, I have a client that would like her hair chemically straightened, she has long hair about mid shoulder blade length and it’s naturally curly, it has been highlighted (only ever half head) with bleach and 6% for years but at her last colour appointment started to go darker. I work with wella and was thinking of using the creatine straight h for highlighted hair. I was wondering if anyone has used this product and what their thoughts were on it, was the outcome what you expected? How long did it last? How long did the service take to carry out? Also, what would you charge? I have no experience with this type of product so any help will be welcomed. Thanks
