Cleaning Inner Wax Pot

I am changing waxes from a thin film wax which is nearly all gone over to euroblonde.
Question is is that I've got most of the old wax out but how do I get all of it out so that I can put my new wax in the inner container??

Have the wax pot heated up and scrape out the old wax as much as possible with a spatula then pour in a little wax desolvent (the Perron Regot has a perfect one for this job) then while the wax pot is still hot take some paper towel and using a spatula rub the towel around the base of the pot until all the wax is cleaned up. Once fully cleaned, I would take the pot out and wash with hot soapy water, dry then replace into the pot ready for your new wax.

Its an easy job, just be careful not to burn yourself

I bought a new inner pot for my wax heater, it was only about £8.00 and then I can change between my 2 waxes without having to clean it out each time, I can then swap and change them also without having to wait until was has run out, just a thought
