Cleaning Minx file?

Hi everyone,
This is my first time so I hope I do it right or else I will be highly embarassed!
Have been using my Minx and loving it but am just a little concerned about my file - will it go blunt do I need to do anything to it?

First time and your doing everything right so dont worry :hug: after each use I wash my Minx file in warm soapy water and give it a gentle rub with my plush brush and it is going strong, I think if you leave it you will get a build up of adhesive. HTH. xxxx

Perfect post and perfect answer!

Make sure the Minx has cooled before you file it which help eliminate build up on the file too.

I have several Minx files so that I can rotate them around.
