I've not really had a serious issue with a client, luckily, it depends what sort of advice exactly you nee, as I'm not sure that there is an official ''procedure'' If you tell me a bit more, I might be able to offer my opinion or advice? If a client is unhappy, then I , personally would speak with her and let her express what she is not happy about, and put it right for her, or make it up to her. Get some advice from your insurance provider before you say too much, but don't tell her that, as it may give her ideas.
