I buy mine already printed, they are creative ones and have everything i need on there...i just have to fill in the bits and tick the boxes.

hi I write my own client consultation cards. mine has info on both sides. at the top I put the name of the salon then I start with the name, address, home tel, mobile no, email address, birthday, best time for appointment.
then its the client profile
type of work, hobbies, sporting activities, wear rubber gloves to do housework, how often do you have nail service, then its medical section
skin diseases, fungal infections, diabetes etc
also section for gels, wraps, acrylic ie allergic to enhancements

then on the back of the card I put the date, service performed, any comments, products used, state of the nail/toes, and the price, also any retail products sold.

lastly what future service is required and how often
client aftercare leaflet given
also ask if I can send special offers from time to time then get the clients to sign the paperwork.

hope this helps.

thanks that was really helpfull i have the things you said on mine but its setting it out i find difficult, i dont want it to look like im writing an essay, do you do the whole thing again for regular clients each time they come or would you shorten it down?

hi I just make sure there are no changes ie moved house, any illnesses, then go on to what the client wants, this goes on the back of the paperwork along with date, any products bought etc. I do not do a new consultation form everytime a client comes to me. If I have to amend info I just write it at the side of the form and date it, but in most cases there are no changes only the address really.

I like Angie, use the CND ones, you dont need to be sat for ages going through them with the client, just allow an extra 5 minutes on their 1st appointment for them to fill them in!

I get mine from Sweet Squared 0845 210 6060
