Hi everyone just a quick question about client record cards i just wondered whether you have one per treatment i.e. Nail Care client card,facial/aromatherapy, Waxing etc.. or Just a general Beauty treatment one?
I do like the idea of having of having specific cards for each treatment has it asks all the necessary questions that wouldnt be on a general treatment card i.e. if clients are taking Actane and Retin a medication for acne then they are contra-indicated to waxing as it can tear their skin. Also their is the important client signature that we need to ensure all information is correct by them-selves which sometimes you don't have with the beauty treatment service ones like the blue card ones ive had before.
However i also feel like clients would hate to fill in different cards everytime they come in for a treatment what does everyone else do?
Some salons i know have seperate massage ones and i also will have dermalogica facials one too, but i use a second skin care brand too so it means the deatails for them for be in much detail.
i thought about making my own but it will take alot of time and ink of my computer i thought.:|

thankyou for reading this X

I have different cards for different treatments, i then have a big folder with a-z cards in there to seperate them and i have my client consultion cards, and also i printed out about 100 sheets where i write which date, time, what treatment they had and the price just gives u a ruff idea how much clients spend a month, i have a see through slip in which i put in my nail cards and eye/lash treatment cards and the sheet which i made in one bit then section it to the initial of the clients first name.

p.s this was hard to explain i hope u get the idea of what i mean lol x
