Thanks for the constructive feedback regarding the grey hair!! I will ignore all the other drama in between these comments!! Wow!! The client was real pleased with the end result, very subtle but blended the roots a lot better to the rest of her hair, just be aware that the clients hair was about a level 9 underneath and I should of bleached that hair up maybe a level more to get a more even colour all over but all in all pleased with the 10/8 & 0/81 mix. Although fair shout on the 9/8 & 0/81 mix, that is what the wella helpline suggested! Cheers to all the professionals who have offered advice, much appreciated!!

Yeah, she is just going to let her greys grow! Plus she lives in Cyprus now so struggling to find a good hairdresser so decide to embrace the grey
