Client wants to tint her eyebrows lighter

Hello all geeks
need advice for a client as I have brought her from a base shade 3. target shade was 10 .
This was a success and she now wants her
eyebrows tinted lighter in order to feel correct.
how do I advise her and where should she go.
Can you help?

I dont know where she can go but there is a tint that can bleach the eyebrows. Its by the brand refectocil if thats any use x
