What do you pro's keep track of in your clients files? Lenght, color, cracks that appear? Favourite drink? Please tell me all about it

My client visit record has columns for. Name of technician ... service performed ... tip type used .... Number of broken nails .... colour of enamel ...clients remarks .... retail purchases.

The client profile card has the usual consultation questions plus Birthdate, how they like their coffee/tea/other etc ...

I also put on their client record card:
OCCUPATION
IF THEY WEAR NAIL ART WHAT ARE THEIR FAVOURITE DESIGNS/COLOURS
SPORTING ACTIVITES UNDERATKEN (THAT COULD BREAK THEIR NAILS)
DATE OF BIRTH

ETC ETC ....any info you'd find useful re. market researching your services
