Clip In Hair @ Airport!!

HI i am going away soon and want to wear my clip in extensions but im worried that as the clips are metal they will set off the machine thing at the security check,will this happen?
I know its a weird question,hopefully someone can put my mind at ease as it would be so embarassing if they made me take them out in front of everyone.

no they wont make you take them out but you might have to show them where the clips are....hope that helps

totally agree with megaone.
it is most unlikely you will be detected in the airport machines, but if you are just let the airport staff know about the metal clips.

I think it depends on where you are....

I had my hair up in a clip and they made me take my hair down (most embarrassing as it was in an upstyle and took 20 mins to do).
The thing was, i wasnt even flying, i was just seeing a loved one off.

I was wondering if I could find some clip in hair to mix with my natural curly hair? How can I do that if my hair is a tight curl?
