Last week my Cnd lamp started to make a sparking noise n smelt a little burning, I switched it of n on but since then all my shellac customers have come back as their shellac has peeled off within the hr

Telephone who you bought it from and order a free replacement. It is obviously faulty. Where did you get it and when?

I bought it from sweet squared about 2.5 years ago

I think you may need to buy a new one - think you only get 12 months guarantee on it x

I would phone sweet squared and tell them the problem. It may need to be repaired which might be cheaper than buying a new one?

I'm going to phone them tomorrow more expense ;(

That happened to mine....I've had that problem twice and within 3 years I have gone through 4 lamps!
Sweet squared said it is a common fault and they exchange it for a new one and sent me upgraded model as they r aware of fault
