Gave up trying to make a Cobalt from layering. .... Tried Blackpool (2 coats ) with Purple Purple over and whilst it was a very nice colour blue - it wasn't what I wanted. Removed and randomly chose Cityscape. Not a normal colour I would choose. I'm more dark colours. Think I quite like it! (Excuse nails - with no overlays on in a picker/nibbler!)
