Colour advice again

Hi all, hope evryone is well, i am hoping someone can give me some advice, my client usually has majirel basic 5 ( which is now quite dark after a long time of using it) but she has now decided to go for luocolor 6,24, now as her hair is so dark should i put efassor on to strip out the colour or is there any other way i can do this, im thinking her hair needs some of the colour removed or it will not show on this dark hair,, she is wanting to change so it is a little lighter to match her natural colour.
Any recommendations will be a great help.

Yes ,you will have to remove some of the colour . id be very careful about applying the new colour to the ends because it probably will grab and could end up just as dark! it may be better to take it through with some water for the last 5 mins , depending on the result you get from the effessor .
