Hey 
I'm so bored with my hair colour, I really fancy a change!
I'm currently a base 4, I really would like to achieve a lighter base colour with subtle/natural looking ombré through the length.
I'm going to my hairdresser within the next few days, I'm just wondering what the likely steps would be to change to this colour.
