Colour correction question: dip dye to brown?

Yes Affinage are the only Colour house in 25 years that have ever told us to use 10vol with their permanent range.. can see the thinking behind it though

Thanks guys. Don't worry, just found out she went to hairdressers to get it fixed and got charged £170. I feel awful and she's being a friend, doesn't want to give the money back but I can't take it knowing I didn't do the job! Gonna post it through her letter box tomorrow.

Feel like such a failure. Not doing colour again till I get booked on a course.
