Hi all. As you are all amazing at hair and hair advice I wondered if you could help me. I usually do bleach highlights ( on a 6 Base with 6%) for my client and tone with ct 8/81. She's now wanting to go softer but is really nervous.the picture she has shown me is like an 8 ash Base. I'm new to all this sombre malarkey. Please could you advise me as to which colour to use for the Base( I only use kp) open to other lines though . Thank you so much x
