Colour help?

been trying to get my client as close to her natural as she wants no colour on her hair. And last time put /7 on and now after months of fading she has sent me this, and is wanting me to strip the colour out, which I have told her not to bother as not always best outcome. Would would anyone do with this...

they would be no point in stripping it remove colour all this would do is lighter the whole thing by the looks of it you are getting quite close but its just a bit warm on the root so maybe use your shade chart to match the roots then comb it through for 10 mins and add a bit of ash to neutralise the gold in the ends as it looks warm compared to her roots ?
