What’s the clients natural level and current condition?
is it virgin or coloured?
if coloured, how much natural root has she got?
To be honest, it should be pretty straightforward (depending on the client’s current hair). How much experience have you got doing colour work?

Clients natural hair is an ashy base 7, previously had full head foils and a root smudge. Her natural root has grown a fair amount since being in lockdown. I’ve been qualified a year
