Has she been sacked from teaching? She sure as hell should be if that's what she's telling you.
That is horrendous advice, invalidates your insurance, can put your clients health in danger & will have unpredictable results.
Then there's the matter of what peroxide? Do you go for wella or osmo peroxide?
Brings up too many factors and again in dangerous. X

As well as how much peroxide? 1:1.5 or 1:1? Etc?

Taking advice from warehouse staff, lol.

One tried to tell me to mix crazy colour (semi) with peroxide to make it last longer. Clearly clueless as to how tint works. :-/

To the op: She may be an old tutor for a reason Hun, you need to think about yours and your clients safety etc, in the past ive done everything on me and I have crossed brands, never had an issue but never ever ever on a client only myself as I ran out of one colour I needed so substituted. But not advisable xx
