Where would I buy the colours to mix with clear powder to make these? I am always doing glitter be nice to have some block colours aswell I bought colours from niao but I would like to make my own

I use the nsi technail range, they have some lovely colours x
 
You could try CND Additives. They can be mixed to anything i.e gels, l&p, Shellac. They are amazing.

NSI tech nail range is lush!! Xx
 
If you add pigment to clear polymer, you will get a stained glass/sheer (see-through) colour.
If you add pigment to white polymer, you will get an opaque colour.
