I have a client and use wella Koleston hi lift 12/89 plus 40 vol and12/0 plus 40 vol as hi lites throughout. I have been away and so she went to someone else and they have used a demi colour on her roots. She is unhappy and now would like to go back to just having the hi lites again with the original colour i used. Will the hi lift tint lift through the demi or will i have to use a powder lightener to lift then tone.
