Coloured gel

I'm starting again for hobby, after 5 years when the gel polish came up. I now bought a lamp and wanted to play with gel again, I'm not investing in coloured gel, just keep it with clear builder and gelpolish [emoji106]

Do you know - i hadnt thought of using Shellac over the gel nails. Doh or what?? Thanks so much. Im so stupid at times.
So, do you usually do a french manicure or just a clear or pink gel over the tips?

I usually just use clear builder gel and then gel polish on top, it's so much easier to apply than pots of coloured gel!
In my opinion anyway. Don't waste your money on more colours if you already have shellac, just use that.
If you search the threads on here 'shellac over gel' or something like that you'll be able to see what other techs do.
I don't personally use shellac but I'm sure the idea is the same.
