Hi all I've got a client who is a base 4 naturally, she has put box colours on in the past. These colours have been semis and I know she hasn't put one on for at least 6 months (I kept moaning at her about using them and she finally listened). I normally cut her hair but I've never coloured it before.
She only wants to go a couple of shades lighter so I was thinking of using a base 6 with 9%. I'm going to do a strand test on the ends tomorrow so all help is welcome/needed
Its highlights shes having, do you think bleach and tone or just permanent (if the strand test is ok)
