Hair extension wefts....
#613 is the lightest ive been able to get hold of.
So im looking on some advice on the best toner to use.
As my hair is ICE WHITE. And the #613 is slightly too warm!
Ive use L'oreal on the past (P02) and it just really dulled the extensions.
So any other advice would be great
I'm not specialized in hair extensions, so i thought id ask for your experienced help!
