Colouring under 16's

Is there any colour lines that enables u to colour unders 16's.
I use Wella mfi says not intended for under 16's..

No its an EU requirement now I think to have this on all colour tubes. You should be careful because your insurance might not cover you colouring under 16s, especially if it goes against manufacturers instructions.

My insurance said ok. But Wella mfi no. So was just wondering if there was a colour house which allowed it.
Never mind.. I will have to turn them away x

The only thing I know about u16's is that their parents need to be with them to have colours done, although I am in Australian so every country is different. xx

In the UK it's not permitted even if a parent is present. Goldwell and Matrix houses do not allow it so I'm in agreement with faerififi.
