Commision only sales agent- where to find?

Do you know where can I find beauty sales agent that work on only on commision? I'm looking for someone that is already out there selling beauty products to salons and spa and wouldn't mind adding a new beauty product to their portfolio to get some extra commision. I'm hoping you can help.
