Commission split for self employed, limits and capping

Just a quickie...

Does any other owner cap their s/e therapists at all....ie when comission split reaches certain amount, it wont go over ...

We do at the moment. We charge 25% or £25 max, whichever works out best for the beautician. We thought it would help us build the new business - and it has as the beauticians seem happy to come in even if they've only got 3 or 4 customers. It's something we'll look at again in the future but our main business is the tanning so the beauty side is just a nice add on for customers x
