Commission?

Hi sorry if this sounds really silly just looking for some help, i have been offered a job with an hourly rate and comisssion, this is my first time within a job role like this and just a bit confused the comisssion is 5% on the net price of treatments i do in a day and 10% on retail i sell, i feel like i have already answered this in my head, but say if the treatment total came to £200 for a days work i would get 5% of this at the end of the day??

Minus VAT -20% net being £160. 5% would be £8. Hope that helps.
