Compensation question in search of new salon

Hi all. I am considering looking for a new place to work. I currently buy my own acrylic products (but mani and pedi products are supplied) I am on a 60/40 split. Should I ask the next place I work for 70/30 or do you think this is reasonable?

Do you mean commission? It's a bit different them providing just some of the products. If they supplied all prodcuts, I'd say you give them 25% max which is the about the norm in the UK. xx
